USAID Opportunities to Learn (OTL) in Nigeria
IDP is partnering with the International Rescue Committee (IRC) and other consortium members, including Plan International, Restoration of Hope Initiative (ROHI), and American University of Nigeria (AUN), to implement USAID’s Opportunities to Learn (OTL) project in northeastern Nigeria. - Ensuring teaching and learning materials in non-formal learning centers are grounded in Universal Design for Learning
- Supporting the development of training modules, capacity building plans, and policies that are reflective of principles of inclusive education
- Providing technical assistance to review assessment data related to children with disabilities
- Engaging with Organizations of Persons with Disabilities and other community organizations, including youth advocacy networks, to promote the inclusion of children with disabilities in non-formal education
